No return or exchange can be made without prior approval from fila3D (RMA form below). The procedure will be sent to you by email if necessary. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If an item is damaged, the request for refund, credit or exchange must be made within two (2) days of reception.

Requests for refunds, credits or exchanges for undamaged items must be made within ten (10) days of reception.

We may ask you to provide photos and/or videos of the item(s) you are requesting.

– Delivery charges
– Gift certificates
– Promotional items
– Items on clearance
– Open items
– Electronic items
– Improperly used or abused items

Refundable* items
– Unopened accessories in good condition.
– Filaments (see conditions below)

We cannot accept filaments that have been opened or that have been in the customer’s possession for more than ten (10) days, as we cannot guarantee the quality of their storage.  (We will refuse to release them for sale). 

You may request a refund, credit or replacement if:

– You received the wrong item
– The item has a major defect**.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to your printer or any collateral damage resulting from the use of our products.

* fila3D reserves the right to accept or refuse to approve a refund at its discretion. This list is subject to change without notice.
** A color variation in a batch or a color discrepancy between the website and the item is not considered a major defect.
